This hotel was a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that made me feel pampered and relaxed. the service was attentive and personalized, making me feel like a VIP. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, boasting a Turkish bath and garden area that added to the overall sense of tranquility. the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind, and the private facilities were an added bonus.
We experienced a minor issue with the leisure/TV room, as it was not as well, maintained as the other areas of the hotel. this was a small inconvenience in comparison to all the other amenities that the hotel had to offer.
